Hello, I have recently separated from the Navy. I had a DUI in July of 2006 and was a passenger during a DUI (no ticket/arrest) in September of 2007. Because the incidents were within 1 year of my rehabilitation date in December 2006, the Navy separated me as a treatment failure and flagged my clearance. How do I go about rectifying this? Is my clearance gone for good and unusable? Thanks for the help ahead of time.
