four years inactive how do I reactivate my secret clearance ???

I have a secret clearance since Jan 2005 and worked on a government embassy project for a half year when it finished I havent worked on anyn other secure jobs now over 3 1/2 years no one informed me at the time that my secret clearance would expire or become inactive . now again I have an opportunity to work on project requiring active secret clearance.

What must I do , or who can reactivate my clearance and is it difficult to do it after inactive over two years ??
