Mental Health and Clearance

I had an incident four years ago where I had been going through some rough times in my life. I ended up drinking a little too much one night and said the wrong things, and was placed on a police hold at a hospital. When I sobered up, I was deemed mentally fine and released. Will this police hold (specifically a 5150) show up in a background search and prevent me from attaining a clearance?
