Are there any recent statistics highlighting the causes for security clearance denials? It seems strange. I’m trying to research the problems with the clearance process but not much data seems to be available, especially for the CIA, NSA, or DIA. You would think that the first step toward reform would be transparency for the entire IC community, not just the DoD or DoE.
