Another Federal Panel Considering Clearance Reforms

In testimony before a House subcommittee in mid-March, Federal Bureau of Investigation Assistant Director Wayne Murphy said that among issues being considered by an Interagency Threat Assessment Coordinating Group (ITACG) is how to equip in a more timely manner state and local law enforcement officers with security clearances.
