Cleared DoD Employee Charged with Spying
According to this Department of Justice press release, a former Department of Defense employee, who held a Top Secret/SCI clearance, is alleged to have used his position to provide classified information to a Chinese individual, through a Taiwanese intermediary.

I’m sorry, I’m new here. I need to post this, so I’ll just comment since it relates to security clearance procedures.
I am currently married to a man with a clearance that he has had for 20 years. Last year the DOD came here and tried to argue over his Dish Network bill. They actually tried to take his clearance over a few utility bills that were already paid. We knew something was wrong.
I’m a paralegal, he went to law school. He fought this thing in court at DOD and he won. They threw the case out. The investigators never even got his resume or looked at the amount of work he did for the Defense Dept. Turns out it was some bogus contracting agency out trying to make themselves look good.
So the two of us, realized that my 1st husband at the NSA had never had a background check in the 30 years he’s been there. In fact, he was missing until 1987, and we never could get a correct address.
I forgot about this guy. He was a deadbeat from the military, got tossed out of the Navy, early, lost his clearance, and he lied to me about it.
We went back thru the security clearance directive, and we realized that my 1st husband has been at NSA with no background check for 30 years.
When we went to DOD and told them, they almost had a cardiac. It turned into a cover-up. My daughter hasn’t even seen her father in 30 years. He never paid child support based on his salary. California Welfare is still looking for him. This is the biggest liar and deadbeat in the NSA.
So I bought his name as a domaine, and I put up an information page about him.
I want everybody who has a security clearance to know about this. The DOD has been going to honest people taking their clearances and letting this guy off the hook for 30 years.
I’m demanding an investigation. It’s just cronie central over at NSA. Nobody deserves this sort of treatment, lose your job over a clearance, and this guy gets a free ride?
So if you wouldn’t mind, would you please read the information and then run the story?
